We are a small team, which means the person who designs it is usually the person who commissions it. If you want narrow work with a long handover chain, we are probably not it.
Small team, whole problems
In a large integrator you own a ticket queue. Here you own a site — survey to handover — and you see what your design does when it meets a real building.
That comes with the obvious trade-off: fewer people to hide behind, and real accountability for what you commission. It suits engineers who would rather be trusted than supervised.

Networks one week, a rack build the next, a surveillance cutover after that.

Switching, routing and Wi-Fi deployment at client sites, configuration from an approved LLD, and escalation handling. CCNA or equivalent hands-on experience preferred.
Field Service Engineer
Open Delhi NCR · Full-time
Installation and preventive maintenance across client sites — servers, desktops, cameras, network hardware. Comfortable with cable work, testing and clean documentation.
Pre-Sales / Solution Executive
Open New Delhi · Full-time
Requirement gathering, BoQ preparation, OEM quote management and tender compliance sheets. Strong written English and spreadsheet discipline essential.
